Shiloh Center is Cass County's only Pregnancy Resource Center, providing compassionate, life-affirming support to women, children, and families throughout every community in the county. As a faith-based nonprofit, we offer free medical services, pregnancy support, parenting education, mentoring, advocacy, and practical resources that empower families to thrive.
For more than 33 years, our mission has been to walk alongside individuals facing unexpected pregnancies with compassion, dignity, and hope. We believe every person deserves to be seen, valued, and supported, and we are committed to helping families build brighter futures through practical assistance, education, and meaningful relationships.
Shiloh Center is also proud to serve as a Missouri Alternatives to Abortion (A2A) Program contractor, partnering with the State of Missouri to provide comprehensive support services that strengthen women, children, and families throughout our region.
