Crown Care Center is a certified, privately owned care center that has offered residents optimal care since 1996. Our 55,000 square foot skilled nursing facility offers pleasant amenities in a quiet homelike setting to 118 residents. Crown Care Center offers both long-term skilled nursing services and short-term skilled nursing services, rehabilitation services and highly specialized wound care services. A dedicated short term stay unit of all private rooms was also recently developed.
Our highly-trained teams of licensed professionals offer a full complement of health care and personal services including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, resident/family counseling, dentistry, podiatry, optometry and audiology. The competitive staff to resident ratio ensures that everyone receives a high level of individual attention.
